Thank you for the interest in visiting our practice for periodontal & dental implants needs. Dr. Yen and his staffs pride ourselves in spending time listening to your needs and concerns. We know dental terminologies can be quite overwhelming along with vast amount of informations online and social media. We are here to guide you through all the questions you might have, and provide a detailed clinical exam and diagnosis. We’ll then formulate different customized treatment options that best suit your individual circumstances, because there’s no one recipe for everyone.
What to expect at first visit
At your first visit, we’ll conduct a comprehensive dental & periodontal exam which typically scheduled for at least one hour. We’ll try to obtain the most recent X-Rays from your referring dentist’s office, and supplement the images as needed. We don’t usually provide same-day surgical services; however, we’ll try our best to accommodate emergency visit to help diagnose and provide pain relief to the best of our ability.
No Referral Needed
No general dentist? No problem! No referral needed to come see us for consultation or second-opinion. We can even provide referrals to local general dentists and specialists that might suit your needs, and help establish a dental home for a comprehensive oral care.
Insurance/Benefits
We are an Out-of-Network provider, and we DO NOT accept direct payment from insurance benefit carrier. As a courtesy, we can help patient submit the insurance claim, and patient will be reimbursed directly from insurance carrier based upon the agreements set between the patients and their insurance carrier. We can also help to submit a pre-authorization for proposed treatments to better understand what patient’s insurance carrier can potentially reimburse.
Our practice has set the procedure fee-schedule at an extremely reasonable rate based upon the ADA National Survey, and we can provide financing options based upon the extent of proposed treatment needs and credit score.
